Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to use InternMax. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• InternMax reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Description of Service

InternMax provides personalized internship recruiting guidance using AI tools. The Service includes features such as career fit and path mapping, resume rewriting, alumni and recruiter outreach drafting, networking and application tracking, and interview practice. InternMax does not guarantee an internship, interview, or offer at any company.

3. User Content

• You retain ownership of the content you upload (e.g., resumes, transcripts, documents, contacts, and practice answers).
• By uploading content, you grant InternMax a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process, analyze, and display your data to provide the Service, including sending the relevant parts to our AI providers.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload all content.
• AI-generated output is a draft. You must review anything InternMax produces before you send it or submit it, and you are solely responsible for what you send under your own name. Do not use the Service to misrepresent your experience to an employer.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• InternMax offers paid subscriptions. All prices are in USD.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). InternMax does not store your payment information.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel anytime via your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use InternMax for unlawful purposes.
• Upload plagiarized, copyrighted, or harmful materials.
• Send spam, bulk unsolicited outreach, or harassing messages to contacts, or scrape contact data for resale.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service.
• Interfere with InternMax’s operation or security.

6. Intellectual Property

All InternMax trademarks, features, and software are owned by InternMax. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any portion of the Service without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” basis without warranties of any kind. InternMax does not guarantee specific recruiting outcomes or the accuracy of AI-generated insights, company information, or application deadlines.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InternMax’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the past 12 months. InternMax shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

InternMax may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable U.S. law.

11. Changes to These Terms

InternMax may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
