InternMax, at internmax.ai, runs your whole internship search: your odds at every firm, a resume built for each role, the alumni to message, and the interview reps. It is built by students who just went through recruiting, for students going through it now.
Why we built it
Most students treat internships as a volume game: send two hundred applications and hope. It does not work. Cold applications rarely convert. Referrals do, and a referral starts with a conversation with someone at the firm.
Everyone knows they should network. Almost nobody does it well, because it is awkward, slow and has no scoreboard. So we built one. InternMax is one loop: apply, network, log it, watch your odds move.
