When to apply

Banks recruit about two years ahead. For a junior-summer Summer Analyst role, some postings go up as early as November of sophomore year and most open around January 1. Many firms review applications as they arrive, so applying in the first weeks matters more than the stated deadline.

Using UF to get in

UF's size is your advantage: a very large alumni base means Gators in most Goldman offices and divisions. Your job is to find the ones in the division you want.
